- The move summary in question is so distinctive that I'm prepared to call Peppa and Rhia a behavioral match. However, that would mean parallel socking since December (Peppa is actually the older account, created last March), and combined with the IPs—all of which I think are probably Rhia/Peppa, although with slightly lower confidence—I see a significant likelihood of other parallel accounts. As such,

I've blocked both accounts "indefinitely but not infinitely", pending an explanation for their actions and a credible commitment to reform. Will hold off on any action on the IPs for now (noting that it's been a week since the last 86 IP edit), but if the IPs resume editing in the same Peppa-like way, I'll be inclined to block.
