Masu7 has been inactive for nearly a fortnight, and the behavioural link to that account is less obvious, so the request to check that account is  Declined. Xe2oner was blocked for 31 hours around 0530 2 October. They have been involved in a long-running naming dispute across numerous Sri Lankan schools articles that had resulted in resulted in this ANI report. The other main party in the dispute, Cossde, was similarly blocked. The dispute concerning the names had also spilled over into what might be considered partisan editing based on old school allegiances: adding or removing content that reflects on the various school reputations etc.

During the block period, RajaPaiya registered and began contributing to four of the disputed articles: they had a 29-minute run through them and made edits that accorded with Xe2oner's POV, then became inactive. The username apparently translates as "Royal Dick" and the content in dispute relates to use of the word "Royal" by several Sri Lankan bodies.
