Both users appear to be a part of a hoax regarding fabricated material. First, when the suspected sock was created, they immediately add Fudwan to the list of most populous cities in South Sudan. Minutes later, they vandalize Riek Machar by adding Fudwan as a spouse, which was later reverted.

Thank you for the chance to protest my innocence in this claim.
I have been a Wikipedia contributor for a decade, with no accusation of this type in all that time.
1. I have never heard of the user Mchadaga
2. I have never colluded with any user to conduct sock puppetry
3. I have never heard of, nor edited the Wikipedia article Riek Machar
4. I did create a In Good Faith stub for an article that was called Fudwan, because it was incidental to an article I was creating about something in South Sudan, but I have not worked on it since then.
5. I have never done sock puppetry.
6. If I was stupid enough to do sock puppetry I would not have used my regular account.
