- I was going to tag and close, but I'm now hesitating. The reason I requested that the report be moved to this master is because of Szekaikitknpcactor ( talk + · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser( log) · investigate · cuwiki), who behaviorally was identical to the other accounts. The account was already globally locked by AmandaNP, and she noted the name of the master in her block. But when I went back and looked at a slew of previous socks, all of them created articles about a different actor and edited articles different from the two here ( Child actor and List of Chinese actors). Because of these surprising behavioral differences, I'm requesting a CU before we close this. WongChiKeungisJohnnySilverHandroleactor and
Szekaikitknpcactor. I looked just at the technical data, I haven't examined the editing. All five accounts are in the same country (probably the same city); they're using the same type of device and UA, and are all same type of proxies proxies to jump about IP ranges. The three new accounts are
Confirmed to one another, and aside from being on different IPs because of the proxy use, I'd call them technically indistinguishable from to the two older accounts I checked against. Sleeper sweeping is difficult, but I didn't see any other accounts on the IPs I looked at. Hope that helps.

"Johnny Silverhand" is a character in the Cyberpunk 2077 videogame, so it's more likely this is just a fan of that game. The edit to a Moroccan footballer article is unrelated to the sockmaster's usual focus of posting false information about how Wong Chi-Keung portrayed the Johnny Silverhand character in that game, rather than Keanu Reeves, and that Chi-Keung has received various improbable national awards of recognition. -- Belbury ( talk) 16:29, 24 January 2023 (UTC)

- I was going to tag and close, but I'm now hesitating. The account was already globally locked by AmandaNP, and she noted the name of the master in her block. But when I went back and looked at a slew of previous socks, all of them created articles about a different actor and edited articles different from the two here ( Child actor and List of Chinese actors). Because of these surprising behavioral differences, I'm requesting a CU before we close this. - I've compared these three against
WongChiKeungisJohnnySilverHandroleactor and
Szekaikitknpcactor. I looked just at the technical data, I haven't examined the editing. All five accounts are in the same country (probably the same city); they're using the same type of device and UA, and are all same type of proxies proxies to jump about IP ranges. The three new accounts are Confirmed to one another, and aside from being on different IPs because of the proxy use, I'd call them technically indistinguishable from to the two older accounts I checked against. Sleeper sweeping is difficult, but I didn't see any other accounts on the IPs I looked at. Hope that helps.

"Johnny Silverhand" is a character in the Cyberpunk 2077 videogame, so it's more likely this is just a fan of that game.
