IP 205.234.53.90 was brought up and temporarily banned from the previous SPI initiated on 10 May 2021. The IP 50.117.152.186 is also indirectly referenced in the last SPI, as it falls under the range of IPs that is suspected to be the associated with the sock. This includes voting to keep Williams' article in a recent AfD vote (see Articles for deletion/Owen Williams (artist) diff 1023065510, and making a request for the article on Wikipedia:Requested articles/Biography/By profession.
Recent edits made by the two IPs largely concern the above mentioned conflict, or articles that would be of interest to the Bembo Bold/sockmaster (art and calligrapher, Whitehorse locale). Other recent edits appear includes adding links to expand the number of pages that link to articles where he's added Owen William links; and edits on articles of different Owen Williams in what I suspect is an attempt to mask their aim.
In the past two weeks, 50.117.152.186 began to editing on Owen Williams disambiguation page, by readding an entry for Owen Williams (see diff 1064434448), and proceeds to edit several articles that would be of interest for the sockmaster, including ones previously edited by Bembo Bold (calligraphers, Society of Scribes & Illuminators diff 1064549587)
Within two days of that IP's last edit, IP 205.234.53.90 appears again and begins making Owen William edits where possible (both related to the calligrapher, and otherwise). Of the ones related to the calligrapher, this includes adding his name to the Notable peoples list of Yukon University ( diff 1065014475), University of Reading ( diff 1065015631), and University of Roehampton ( diff 1065014664). Today he blanked much of Yukon Arts Centre's content, before adding an sentence that seems to allude to the conflict between Williams and said arts centre (see diff 1065168498.
