I am editing information about myself.
Hi. I created this image from publicly available information that was free of copyright (the image was created by the government of the state of Missouri). I overlayed the image with hand-drawn boundary lines to create a derivative work. If I recall correctly, I placed the derived image in the public domain after I created it (although I can't seem to view that meta-data since the image was deleted). If it's necessary, I also hereby license the image under the Creative Commons license. - Diabolical_Mdog ( talk) 02:51, 2 January 2012 (UTC)
Not done and will not be done Works by US state governments (except for Minnesota and Florida) are copyrighted and not released freely, so derivative works cannot be freely licensed. Of course, a unique image owned by a US state can fall under fair use claims, but a simple state map is definitely replaceable. Please go to http://www2.census.gov/geo/maps/general_ref/cousub_outline/cen2k_pgsz/mo_cosub.pdf and take a screenshot of the county-level map on the first page: this is a public domain work of the US Government and should serve your purposes just as well as the nonfree state-owned map. Since it's not burdened with a sharealike clause, you may release your derivative work into the public domain, or you may use any of the Attribution or Attribution-Sharealike Creative Commons licenses. Notable in Folklore and the Internet: Vernacular Expression in a Digital World by folklorist Trevor Blank. There must surely be other references out there too. The danger of linkspamming is to be accepted (although IMO it's all a bit too '90s for many new pages to pop up) but I think an informative article has its place in Wikipedia. --- Trevj ( talk) 12:03, 28 December 2011 (UTC)

Hi, I created this page because Matt Williams is the club secretary acting chief exec at Blackpool FC and lots of people have attempted to find a link to his page via the Blackpool FC wiki but there isn't one. He has an interesting career history which I hoped could gradually be detailed on his page. I have had a message from Wiki asking me to add a reference which I intend to do once the page has been undeleted - www.blackpoolfc.co.uk - which shows the names of the senior management of Blackpool FC. thanks Hannah

When I went to create the article I saw that stubs had been speedied years ago for notability concerns. There is now no reason to keep these versions out of the history, and I would like to see whatever attempts were made at this article before (however unsuccessful). -▫ JohnnyMrNinja 22:56, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
Not sure who put the deletion process in motion and have been unsuccessful in tracking that person down in the "articles for deletion" process archives. I believe the deletion of the article was unjustified. I only discovered the article was deleted when I went to add multiple attestations in recently published books that clearly support an already established notability of the subject. As I am only an occasional Wikipedian, any help or suggestions would be welcomed! Thank you. - Higgledeepiggledee ( talk) 18:33, 31 December 2011 (UTC)

The article was deleted because it did not originally meet the book legitimacy criteria on Wikipedia.
