April 7 Information

What is this Tango sub-genre?

Grim Fandango Remastered OST / Peter McConnell - Manny & Meche (Track 36)

Available in YouTube.

I understand it's Tango, but of what sub-genre/type? Thx, 109.67.43.203 ( talk) 13:18, 7 April 2018 (UTC) reply

Do you mean sub- genre? 'Genera' is the plural of genus. Genus and genre are related etymologically, but they can't be interchanged without violating terminological exactitude. -- Jack of Oz [pleasantries] 00:06, 8 April 2018 (UTC) reply
Basically, a habanera (listen to the bass). --- Sluzzelin talk 02:03, 8 April 2018 (UTC) reply
