This is an ordinary dictionary word meaning "uniform" in three different languages (see wikt:制服). It doesn't just mean school uniforms either, but covers any kind of uniforms including military uniforms, work uniforms, etc. Therefore it's not appropriate as a redirect to one kind of uniform in one country which uses this term, and it seems rather dubious to create a {{ Chinese title disambiguation}} at this lemma either.
