really funny, but only linked at the end of the article (and cited 4 times, which i will provide no input on), and not mentioned otherwise cogsan (nag me) (stalk me) 12:50, 9 July 2024 (UTC)

It is not clear why this redirects here. "Port Royal" itself is ambiguous, and there's no mention of "Port Royal" in the article. Shhhnotsoloud ( talk) 19:38, 9 July 2024 (UTC)

used in other places as well, though the title case might imply something more specific. retarget to your mileage may vary (which is itself a soft redirect to wiktionary), or leave as is? cogsan (nag me) (stalk me) 16:25, 9 July 2024 (UTC)

The character is not mentioned in the target article, rendering the redirect pointless. ZFT ( talk) 04:37, 17 July 2024 (UTC)
While the Cambridge Analytica affair may be related to the case (and the current target should probably be linked in a future article at the redirect), the target article makes no mention of the SCOTUS lawsuit named in the redirect. I don't think someone would search for the lawsuit looking for information on the scandal, and so I believe this is a good candidate to return to red in hopes someone will create an article for the case. Situation I haven't run into here: This was a BLAR to an article that does not currently mention the subject, but restoring the article would go against WP:NFF, which means there isn't a snowball's chance in Hell that the article would survive AfD. I think the best approach is restore article but draftify, which is the better way to incubate something in development hell anyways. (Normally I wouldn't take something to RfD just to !vote restore, since anyone can do that, but if I were to unilaterally restore and draftify I feel like that would be backdoor deletion of the redirect.) -- Tamzin[ cetacean needed ( they|xe) 00:56, 17 July 2024 (UTC)
