- Boonslick State Park, listed December 30, 199, 1 mi. N of Boonsboro on MO 87, 2 mi. SW on MO 187, Boonsboro. It is now called Boone's Lick State Historic Site. It may have been a state park at listing. The key is Boone's Lick, as opposed to Boonslick. Town name also incorrect, reported below.

- YWCA, Phillis Wheatley Branch, in St. Louis. In NRIS this was listed as "YWCA, Phyllis Weatley Branch", in which first name seems incorrectly spelled (should be i not y) and last name was incorrectly spelled (should include an h). I am not 100 percent positive first name is spelled wrong, because Phyllis may possibly be an alternative legitimate spelling. The wikipedia article on the person is Phillis Wheatley however. Also listed on the NRHP are Phillis Wheatley Association in Cleveland, OH, and Phillis Wheatley YWCA in Washington, DC. So it seems Phillis Wheatley is the correct spelling. - Frabrishous and Sarah A. Thomas House: It looks like whoever filled in the registration form for the Frabrishous and Sarah A. Thomas House made a typo in the name field. - The Brandon-Bell-Collier House in Fulton (Callaway County) is listed in NRIS as being at 207 W. Ninth Street. The correct address is 207 E. Ninth Street. - The Roeschel-Toennes Oswald Property (refnum 83000986) in Boonville is listed on the nom form as being at "515 West Spring", and described as being "at the northeast corner of West End Drive and Spring Street". Spring Street does not extend this far west: it jogs to the south and becomes Santa Fe Trail. - Unitarian Church of the Messiah, in St. Louis, is identified by the State OPRP as having been demolished, and having been delisted from the NRHP on December 19, 1994. However, it still appears in NRIS as a regularly listed item, listed in in 1980. This is the one at Locust and Garrison Sts., St. Louis, Missouri. -- do ncr am 22:16, 15 December 2012 (UTC)
- Meierhoffer Sand Company Office Building (refnum 82005318), in Boonville, has apparently been demolished or removed. The address is given as "201 2nd Street"; this and a map at the nominating form place it on the WSW wide of 2nd at an intersection with High. High now dead-ends just ENE of 2nd, and the entire WSW wide of 2nd is occupied by the Isle of Capri Casino's parking lot. - House at 5011 Sunset Drive, at 5011 Sunset Dr. in Kansas City, MO is listed in NRIS as having significant date 1908, but the Mary Rockwell Hook thematic resources document here describes it as built 1922-23. - The Meyer House (Florissant, Missouri), at 915 Lafayette is listed in NRIS as having been built in 1924, but its document states 1922. [1] The similar, adjacent Hubecky House at 917 Lafayette, is listed in NRIS as built in 1922 consistent with its document. "1924" appears to be an NRIS data entry error.

- House at 5011 Sunset Drive, at 5011 Sunset Dr. in Kansas City, MO is listed in NRIS as having significant date 1908, but the Mary Rockwell Hook thematic resources document here describes it as built 1922-23. NRIS lists it as Bungalow/craftsman, but the thematic resources document describes it as Italianate architecture. -- do ncr am 18:02, 11 March 2017 (UTC)
- The Meyer House (Florissant, Missouri), at 915 Lafayette is listed in NRIS as having been built in 1924, but its document states 1922. [1] The similar, adjacent Hubecky House at 917 Lafayette, is listed in NRIS as built in 1922 consistent with its document. "1924" appears to be an NRIS data entry error.
