Previously rejected at AFC. Request for restoration was denied at
WP:RFU. Requestor recreated a nearly identical draft. There is no speedy criteria for this, though it seems there should be.

Weak Delete, relying on the statement of UtherSRG, who has seen the previous article (Weak because I haven't seen it). While not reading exactly like a resume, this draft focuses on what the subject says about himself and not what third parties say about him, and will be declined repeatedly (again) at AFC.

This article was originally deleted due to no edits in six months, not for any other reason. This article is written by a person who follows the life of many aspiring philanthropist and business men and women. The references are published news articles that support the written biography. Oscar Bellina Lishner is soon to become the most famous person of today with a contact that he will be signing next week to implement and manage all of Spains environmental procedures which will be followed by the rest of the world. He is building the first facility to eliminate the plastic pollution and produce clean energy and aviation fuel which is the largest step so far in the fight against climate change and plastic pollution. I kindly request you to please keep this article available for editing.
Delete self promotion. If he does indeed become the most famous person of today, an article can be created by someone unconnected. StarMississippi 19:05, 30 April 2023 (UTC)reply
Delete. There is a desire by someone to keep working on and keep submitting this promotional draft, which will not make for a good use of reviewers' time. We could say that we should let it be rejected again and taken care of by G13, but this had already happened, and the draft was recreated, leading to MfD where it takes editors' time to discuss its deletion. We may hope that when it is deleted per this MfD, it will be speedily deleted when recreated in the future. A page under this title was also speedily deleted under G11. Maybe salt.—

Keep, looks plausibly notable, which is good enough for draftspace. Has not been rejected, or there’s no evidence of it. Let AfC processes handle it. —

It was previously rejected. Current draft is a near identical copy of the rejected draft. -
