Draft:Battle of the Assa River
The page was PROD'd by the original (but not sole) author with the rationale "The page is based on a folktale with barely sources cited. Such pages shouldn't be on Wikipedia and personally I want this article, which was created by myself, to be deleted for good. 3 months ago I already proposed deletion but it was denied due to me not the being the sole contributor, so, here I am proposing again." I removed the PROD as drafts cannot be deleted via such means. I have brought it to MfD as a courtesy to the PROD nominator without an opinion myself as to whether or not this should be deleted. - Delete: even IF the sources for this article are considered RS (and that's a capital IF), this is a draft article about a brief clash between 62 combatants total. I can't imagine sources good enough to render such a minor skirmish sufficiently well-covered to meet GNG. That said, the draft's six months would have expired in a few weeks.
