Where is the dispute?
The dispute is on parts of article Carabinieri and is actively being discussed by the two editors in disagreement on Talk:Carabinieri

What is the dispute?
The dispute is two pronged and is discussed in two separate sections of the Talk:Carabinieri page:
- Carabinieri Resistance Record: User:Bibiki believes that the Carabinieri pre-1943 20+ years of unconditional and in fact diligent collaboration with Mussolini's fascist regime should be as clearly mentioned as their post-1943 resistance record.
- Carabinieri Uniform, Colors and Insignia controversy: User:Bibiki thinks that mention should be made to the fact that the Carabinieri are one of the few armed forces or corps (maybe the only?) that have participated in WWII on the side of the Axis forces and have not significantly changed their appearance, uniform, marks, colors or insignia. User:Bibiki thinks that this deserves a mention because of the offense it causes to people of countries like Greece, Ethiopia and ex-Yugoslavia countries who were occupied by Italians, among them Carabinieri that looked practically the same. User:Bibiki would like to have his latest edits, currently reverted by User:Noclador, reinstated in their original form or with alternative phrasing as long as the main points made on Talk:Carabinieri are made in the article.
