Our use of photos from press/photo agencies directly conflict with their financial interest. It's clearly not public domain, and we shouldn't claim fair use, either. --

All are orphaned and possible copyright violations. Difficult to ascertain if it was once public domain, and the main rimhundahan.org site now doesn't seem to release anything into PD. --

The original source's domain registration apparently expired. It was formerly here:
web archive cache. The picture is in their copy of the page, so I be inclined to believe that it was originally published by King Kigeli or his organization and released into the public domain. Even if it wasn't, it's a low resolution image which isn't easily replaced in the public domain and so might qualify as fair use.

Replaceable non-free image. Although the model has been discontinued, it hasn't been that long, and people likely still own them and free images of them can be obtained. Just like a car model that has been discontinued.

Keep. No... the player was never available to the public, and was never sold nor manufactured. It was just a proposed idea on CES, and then shelved unlike the NOMAD Jukebox Zen NX and Zen Touch. --Jw21/PenaltyKillah(
