SVG format for icons, logos, drawings, maps, flags, and such. Certain things, photographs especially, are totally impossible to vectorize.

QuickQuokka: Thank you, and sorry for the delay in responding. Well, all three designs originate from BBC Derby. According to the
original website, the designer of the
original concept was Leon Summers, with BBC Derby modifying his submission to create what was known as "Design 3". Which is also exactly what BBC Derby did with
Martin Enright's submission, modifying it to create "Design 1" (which was of course chosen as Derbyshire's flag). Hence, I'd recommend giving the new file the same CR tag as "Design 1". Hope this helps.

QuickQuokka: Good point, and profuse apologies for the excessively long delay in getting back to you. Well, I certainly don't pretend to be an expert on CR licenses on Wikipedia. The impression I've gotten is that the uploader wanted to waive their rights to the file, but went about it the wrong way, resulting in using a license that creates a slight bit of confusion. After considering it all, I'd now recommend giving the new file the "Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported", in order to cover the same bases while making it clear that the uploader is not the original designer. Coat of arms of Grand Fenwick (TIFF version), the version here is slightly incorrect, the shield is meant to be white (like the flag) instead of black, this one is similar to the PNG coat of arms but is bigger and so shows more detail of the eagle and the scrolls
Hi everyone! I'd like to give a request to see if anyone can please make a vectorized version of the flag of the fictional country of "Grand Fenwick" from the book and movie "The Mouse That Roared"? The design as described in the book and shown in the movie is a red double-headed eagle, one head on the left, the other on the right, with its wings outspread and two scrolls at either side of the eagle, with one reading "Aye!" (or "AYE!", "Aye" or "AYE") near the left head, and one reading "Nay!" (or "NAY!", "Nay" or "NAY") near the right head. This design is in the center of a plain color white field. I also request that the same user who creates the flag of Grand Fenwick also creates the coat of arms of Grand Fenwick, which has an identical design to the flag but with the eagle and scrolls placed on a white shield instead. Besides the two images posted above (though please remember that the coat of arms I posted is inaccurate and is meant to match the flag), here's some more images of the design of both the flag and the coat of arms in these three links posted here

This request was originally posted last year but there was no response from any user here, which was disappointing. This time, I hope to get the request fulfilled and I'll be grateful to see it done. Just in case the fact that this was posted on April 1 (April Fools Day) might put people off because they think the request is a joke or a prank, I'd like to say that this request is serious and I actually want it done. Anand Satyanand CoA request
Carved depiction of the coat of arms of Anand Satyanand
Would someone please be able to make an image of the coat of arms of Anand Satyanand? I'm mainly just interested in the shield, but if you could make the full thing (i.e. with the supporters & crest as well) that would be great too!
The blazon for his coat of arms is:
Escutcheon: Gules a White Fronted Tern or Tara (Sterna striata) volant proper between three Trumpet Shells (Charonia tritonis) palewise and in centre chief a Pair of Scales Or.
Crest: A North Island Brown Kiwi (Apteryx australis mantelli) supporting a Mace representing that of the New Zealand House of Representatives palewise Or and between the Mace and Kiwi a Barrister’s Wig proper.
Supporters: On either side an Indian Elephant Sable about its neck a Wreath of Karaka (Corynocarpus laevigatus) Vert fructed with orange drupes proper.
I have attached a photo of a carved depiction of the coat of arms for your reference. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find any other versions anywhere.

Please replace the crown in the svg file with the pattern you prepared. The new crown will be more similar to period sources. I didn't think it through and made the drawing in white, but it should have been black on the flag.
So I would like to request that someone do a redraw of the emblem and the flag as a whole (though i can do the latter myself if needed), I don't know why whoever uploaded this marked it as copywritten when if it is it's gone out of copyright since then (party was founded 77 years ago, Korean copyright law dictates "70 years from publication (anonymous or pseudonymous work)")

The state seal of New Hampshire, which can be used in the creation of the flag in this request.
The state flag of New Hampshire. The wreath and stars surrounding the seal (which, keep in mind, is not quite the same as the version of the seal to the left) could also be used in the creation of the new file.
Can someone please create an SVG file for the flag of the New Hampshire State Police, as seen
here? Thanks.
