Does not satisfy WP:NFCC#8; the image is unreadable as rendered in the article and readers are not going to manually digest pages of legalese. This file does not need to be hosted here to be cited as a source, if that is the intent. * Pppery * it has begun... 04:46, 28 May 2023 (UTC) reply

File:Darrell Brooks mugshot 2021-11-23.jpg ( delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Mandruss ( notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

NFCC violation – The file is used under a claim of fair use but does not meet the requirements. The person in the image is still alive so a free image is possible. Additionally the image is used in an article where the person is not the primary focus so even after the person's death a non-free image would not be appropriate as it is used now. Delete clear-cut case of “no unfree media for living persons” Dronebogus ( talk) 12:09, 31 May 2023 (UTC) reply
