Violation of WP:NFCCP #4. It is not enough to have a fair-use rationale. We do not accept non-free content that has never been published, or whose publication was itself a copyright violation. This is criteria #4: "Non-free content must be a work which has been published or publicly displayed outside Wikipedia by (or with permission from) the copyright holder". That never happened. A bootlegger made a copyvio of the music and a copyvio of Euronymous' picture for the cover art. We can host neither the music nor the cover art under NFCC #4. See Talk:The Dawn of the Black Hearts/FAQ. I tagged this for speedy deletion, but User:FMSky removed it, apparently thinking that a fair-use rationale can overcome an original copyvio. Our policy forbids hosting copyrighted works that have never been published legally. In practice, we cannot have this image in Wikipedia until Public Domain Day in 2063 (=70 years after the photographer's death). WhatamIdoing ( talk) 20:15, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
