Check Getty: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] Several similar images of the same person wearing the same clothes in front of the same background. Thus, it seems that this image belongs to a set of multiple images, and many of the other images in the set are hosted at Getty Images. Although I can't find this particular image on Getty, it is possible that the image appears there somewhere. Thus, this is likely a WP:NFCC#2 violation. Additionally, it doesn't adequately address WP:NFCC#10a in my opinion as the Blogspot blog obviously isn't the original source for this image; the Blogspot user has just copied it from some unknown location. Unused image of an album cover of the uploader, who is presumably not notable, and blocked from Wikipedia for promotional editing. — innotata 14:42, 10 July 2012 (UTC) reply
The result of the discussion was: Keep - given that the author died 225 years ago, it is extremely unlikely (although technically possible) that this painting is copyrighted. If it is copyrighted, then that information can be provided by the owners (or anyone else). However, assuming it's not, this falls under {{ PD-art}}. Assuming that we accept that it is an anonymous work, then it would have become public domain in Albania in 2006. According to PD-Albania, in order for it to be considered free in the US, it has to have entered into the public domain before 1996. Therefore this image is not free in the US, and it becomes an orphaned non-free image. Sven Manguard Wha? 21:27, 10 July 2012 (UTC) reply
