The result of the debate was:
- Keep - Very odd but the link provided by Fut.Perf. checks out. Laos seems to lack any sort of copyright law and it seems that the PD tag is correct -

Keep - the image in the brooch is not a photo - it's a drawing. These images are allowed on Wikipedia and you should assume good faith and allow the photo to be kept unless you have evidence it is a copyvio. To say it is "likely" is a spurious reason for nomination.

Tentative Keep. I'm not sure, does this mass-manufactured object reach the level of copyright protection? And even if it does, it could be kept as fair use in at least the one of the articles it's used in.

EDIT: I've noticed that the uploader has now added a source but finding it hard to check the make source it's correct since the source does exist but seems not to be online.

Delete - There is no easy way to verify the information, the graph is low quality and "purely diagrammatical" sounds like original research to me.

Withdrawing nomination - found base map. I don't think this is original research. It's used in the article
Tibet. If Cumulus has an issue with it, I recommend he/she first work to get it removed from the article.

Not used, very poor source info, says it's from "House Democrats" website, but I don't beieve that is a federal governmetn agency, and even so the source website is linked to only by an IP adress that no longer work, making it impossible to track down additional info (nothing on the web archive).

Not used, source webpage give 404 error, but the City of Manchester website have a standard "Copyright 2007 City of Manchester " footer, so pretty sure it's not PD.

*The link was broken, it is now fixed. The photo is still used and is the mayor's official government photograph. It is therefore not copyrightable and is public domain for uses of illustration (no one is selling anything on WP.) There have been other photographs illustrating him on this page that would work just as well, so perhaps someone can revert to one of those.
