Nominator's rationale: Subdividing categories outside Greater London should probably generally only be done at
ceremonial county level and town/city or other well known features not district level even if the district is a UA. Most readers will only know the ceremonial county a parish is in and not its district so its generally far easier to find what you're looking for if subdividing only by ceremonial county rather than by district as well. These should be added to
Category:Milton Keynes if not already in
Category:Areas of Milton Keynes. Most of the entries probably come from the nestled
Template:Milton Keynes parishes. The author has agreed with my suggestion for merging, see
User talk:Crouch, Swale#Nested categories but as it was created back in 2006 it may well need discussion. Crouch, Swale (

At the time, the
Buckinghamshire article was almost exclusively about that part of the county (about 3⁄4) controlled by the then
Buckinghamshire County Council. So to put the CPs in BoMK into that category was misleading. In April 2020, the position was more-or-less clarified by the Government's creation of an new Unitary Authority (
Buckinghamshire Council, so still rather ambiguous) and the article split into (a) the overall [ceremonial] county, with two UAs and (b) separate articles for each of those UAs. So merging the categories seems a logical follow-through to that split. --

(responding to
ping) Support, because (firstly) as others have mentioned, most non-London sub-categories are only done at the ceremonial county level, and thus for consistency's sake, it makes sense for the same to apply to the BoMK CPs. Secondly, general usage of the term "Buckinghamshire" is understood to include the settlements in the Borough of MK and even WP acknowledges this (e.g.,
List of places in Buckinghamshire,
Places of interest in Buckinghamshire), and so it would be confusing as to why the BoMK's CPs are not listed under the Buckinghamshire category; in addition, non-local people probably wouldn't associate the areas of the Borough which are not
urban (e.g.,
Lavendon,
Tyringham and Filgrave) with "Milton Keynes," and are more likely to directly associate those settlements with Buckinghamshire as a whole, so a merge would remove any potential ambiguity.

Keep -- Milton Keynes is a unitary council, so that being part of Buckinghamshire is merely historic: Buckinghamshire County Council has no authority there. With 45 parishes there is ample content for a separate category.

Nominator's rationale: It's a category that's the name of an all-sports rivalry between the University of South Florida and the University of Central Florida, but it's completely unnecessary. It will never be populated sufficiently because of its
over-specificity / limited growth potential. Plus, take a look at its parent category
Category:College sports rivalries in the United States – there are only conference-level subcats, no other schools-specific subcats exist (nor should they).

Nominator's rationale: Delete. This is an old ambiguous page created in 2004, and we have since added the more specific
Category:Ministers of Justice of Iran and
Category:Chief Justices of Iran, which already hold Beheshti, Davar, Hashemi Shahroudi, Mousavi Ardebili and Yazdi. A
previous merger proposal failed, but in any case the other member pages do not belong:
Jamshidi (spokesman for judiciary),
Mortazavi (Prosecutor General),
Tashkiri (cleric and diplomat). I would normality prefer to rename such a veritable relic over one of the newer pages, but it is ten years too late for that. We could disambiguate it, but I don't see much point in that. –
