Automatic, Supervised, or Manual: Supervised
Programming language(s): C#
Source code available: TBA
Links to relevant discussions (where appropriate): Wikipedia talk:Featured article candidates#Most supports ever garnered in a FAC? see also Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/GimmeBot 2 from 2007.
Edit period(s): A series of runs, doing more articles each time.
Estimated number of pages affected: There are 5,674 featured articles, but most should not require a change. FACBot has been performing this for featured articles upon promotion since 2014, but an error was found, under which not all peer review templates were merged.
Namespace(s): Talk
Exclusion compliant (Yes/No): Yes
Function details: Go through the talk pages of featured articles and merge the {{ DYK}}, {{ featured article}}, {{ peerreview}}, {{ oldpeerreview}} and {{ GA}} templates into the {{ Article History}} template. If the article does not have an {{ Article History}} template, then create one (but all FAs should already have one).
Approved for trial (50 edits). Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. Seems reasonable. Primefac ( talk) 21:26, 23 February 2020 (UTC) reply
