The bot will only operate only on articles and not user pages or pages tagged with {{ Bot}} template.
Lately I came across a lot of American based articles with the date format of {{ Use dmy dates}}, which marked the day first and month after, which is not adequate as America use month first. It would also be adequate if it was specified which type of English ({{ Use South African English}}) is required for a certain article per country.
Denied. This does not seem like a good task for a bot.
WP:ENGVAR is a tricky area with a number of caveats, making it prime
WP:CONTEXTBOT territory. ENGVAR changes need to be specifically discussed, probably for each individual article, not imposed by a bot with a vague remit. To be approved, a bot along these lines would have to have a specific list of articles it would be changing and that list would have to already have been the subject of a well-attended discussion.
