Fails WP:NFOOTY, failing both requirements. Nothing notable in Google (and GNews), zero significant coverage and does not meet WP:GNG. qedk ( t c) 12:04, 15 September 2019 (UTC) reply

  • Keep - As per WP:NFOOTY, "Players who have played, and managers who have managed in a competitive game between two teams from fully-professional leagues, will generally be regarded as notable". While he currently plays in the Kenyan National Super League, which is only semi-professional, according to its page, he also played in the top Kenyan league while he was with the F.C. Kariobangi Sharks. This is specifically mentioned in the article and there are several citations to back it up. [1] [2]. It seems to me that he manages to clear the second criterion quite easily. @ PraiseVivec: No, he does not meet the criterion. The second criterion specifically states that the footballer has to be in a fully-professional league as classified at WP:FPL, and as you will see, the top league itself is not listed as fully professional. -- qedk ( t c) 13:28, 15 September 2019 (UTC) reply
