I don't seen sufficient independent notability for an individual article - the article is all about the band Nazz and not about the individual, and there are no independent sources at all.   • Keep. Page needs work, but he's been involved in too many bands to be easily redirected to just one (which band would we even pick?). I'd say keep per WP:MUSBIO #6, which reads "is a musician who has been a reasonably prominent member of two or more independently notable ensembles."
