Keep. She seems to be a pretty big deal in Puerto Rico for the 1960's era. Article just lacks proper sourcing which is a content issue not cause enough for a deletion. Here are several reliable sources:
El Nuevo Día article is about her book more than her. And Primera Hora is again more about her book than her, it does talk about her son but by these sources you could make an article about her book more than keep hers. LADY LOTUS • TALK14:14, 30 June 2014 (UTC)reply
Getting coverage for your book, as an author, would establish notability so I see nothing wrong with the two sources above. I have zero proficiency in Spanish so looking for sources would be a laborious task for me. but in any case, I also dug up
[14] which is from 2011 and has nothing to do with the book. --
