There's no sign that this area within Oceanport, New Jersey is a distinct community. 1918 topo labels the peninsula itself as "Sands Point", and newspapers from the 1970s advertise newly built apartments and condos, but nothing indicates that there is or was an "unincorporated community" here. – dlthewave ☎ 15:17, 29 March 2020 (UTC)

- Delete Neighborhoods/housing developments are not inherently notable without meeting WP:GNG. Lightburst ( talk) 15:34, 29 March 2020 (UTC)
