The result was delete. I will consider draftification requests but it seems pointless. As long as Cooper has not achieved notability, the draft cannot be posted to mainspace whatever you do to it. • Delete He fails to meet WP:NMMA since he has no top tier MMA fights. I also don't believe the coverage is sufficient to meet WP:GNG as it appears to be mainly routine sports reporting/promotion and interviews. That's not significant independent coverage in my book. Comment: State champion does not pass WP:NCOLLATH unless the subject has won multiple NCAA Division I national championships. If you would find significant coverage of independent, relatable sources which the sources talk about the subject in depth and in length, then pop back here to provide. • Comment: Cooper currently (August 13, 2021) ranked 28 - see here-1. He just beat Rory MacDonald today - see here-2 who ranked 17 se here-3. I am not sure he would ranked top 10 with the win; however, Ok we will wait until next Monday 18, 2021 when Fight Metrix updating the ranking. Cheers. Papaursa Sherdog ranking experts need to look outside UFC fighters when it comes to their rankings; however, Fight Matrix ranked the fighters in more objective way (more maths and science involved).
