WP:BLP of a television personality, relying almost entirely on primary sources with only a single linkrotted bare URL to indicate that anything here was ever properly verifiable in a reliable source. She might certainly qualify for a Wikipedia article if one can be written that cites proper reliable source coverage, but simply existing is not a notability freebie if the sourcing isn't there.
