Obviously fails general notability. 2 Guardian one-liners from 2004 do not constitute extensive coverage.

Move to Draft: namespace It feels as if the gentleman 'ought' to be notable, but I see nothing proven. An acceptable outcome is to migrate this to the Draft: space to allow the contributing editor to develop it. When/if migrated to Draft: space it will require {{subst:submit}} added to the head to initiate the review process and assist the editor.

Delete and draft/userfy for now as my searches found nothing particularly good aside from
this and, looking at his IMDb
here, there's not much so he must be more a singer than actor. Summarily, there's not much at this time.

Comment: The draft is already available at
Draft:Paul Ewing. I doubt it'll go anywhere either; he is clearly non-notable.

Under those circumstances, ones I had not checked, I am striking my original opinion and agreeing with you that we Delete this material form main namespace
