Move to Draft: namespace It feels as if the gentleman 'ought' to be notable, but I see nothing proven. An acceptable outcome is to migrate this to the Draft: space to allow the contributing editor to develop it. When/if migrated to Draft: space it will require {{subst:submit}} added to the head to initiate the review process and assist the editor. Fiddle Faddle 20:18, 10 July 2015 (UTC) - See comment below.
