- Keep I think it is OK for the nominator to be sceptical. I had to dig a bit but I did find source including scholarly works about a cement factory there. Passes WP:GEOLAND. -- Lemongirl942 ( talk) 00:50, 28 August 2016 (UTC)

- Keep - clearly falls into the assumed notability granted to any clearly identifiable populated place on the planet. There is a great deal of superfluous and unreferenced text here that needs to be very extensively pruned and could probably be more extensively;y tagged with clean-up templates.
