Delete I'm having trouble finding something qualifying for
WP:NACADEMIC. For example, he's a distinguished life member of the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons, but every member I clicked on at
[1] has the same "honor" (and life membership costs $100), so that doesn't meet criteria 2 or 3. He's the dean, but not of a major institution, so that doesn't meet criterion 6. —

Where does it say it's a "major" university? And anyway, he's not the president of Khyber Medical University so C6 doesn't apply regardless of whether it's major.

Delete. I am not seeing the exceptional citations necessary to meet C1 (or other criteria). Scopus only has 63 total for him, unless he uses a different spelling of "Aurangzeb" sometimes.
