Not notable, I think a merger with the article on Andrews, Texas may be best for this stub. As this census-designated place has the same zip code as Andrews and is at the southern border of the county.

Keep. Meets GEOLAND, i think, and further seems likely to have some local history. If it were to be merged, the merger target probably would not be the town
Andrews, Texas, to its north, whose article would pprobably not naturally mention this at all. It could more plausibly merged to
Andrews County, Texas which has a section mentioning its small communities, ghost towns, this CDP. --
