I don't believe Circuit judges in England and Wales are de facto notable individuals. There are over 600 of these and they rank below high court judges. Uhooep ( talk) 04:24, 19 February 2016 (UTC) reply

  • Delete. The nominator is right about the lack of inherent notability for circuit judges in the legal system of England and Wales. A search for sources reveals no significant coverage sufficient to pass WP:NBIO. In her previous role as a District Judge, she issued divorce decrees for a few high-profile people but that's nowhere near enough.
