The result was speedy keep. Snow/speedy keep. A revenge nomination with no policy rationale for deletion.

Keep. The nomination gives no policy based reason for why this list article should be deleted, but argues it should be redirected to
List of Nobel laureates by country. This is a solution that could have been proposed prior to coming to AFD by boldly
blanking and redirecting per
policy, but it was not. It can still be sought through reaching consensus on the article talk page. (This AFD page needs proper formatting and transclution in todays log, please see

Procedural Keep No valid deletion rationale advanced. If redirection is an acceptable option for the nominator, then the nominator should not have brought the article to AfD in the first place. Besides that, it's an acceptable topic for a list anyway.

Speedy Keep This is — and the others are — eminently notable and definitively established by
WP:RS. There are a very limited number of potential lists like these (limited, albeit growing, number of countries and winners) and are absolutely bringing readers. ~ Amory(

As a procedural note, the nominator is currently blocked and thus unable to participate. ~ Amory(
