I wasn't sure whether G4 applied in this case, as the title is different, but yeah, the contents and scope seem to be pretty much the same.

Thanks for the info. Then I confirm that my rationale for a regular deletion is based on the strong similarities in scope to the previously deleted articles on the one hand, and the specific issues identified in this article on the other.

delete: there is a lot of OR going on with the premise of this article itself, and a heaping of historical revisionism with which "countries" (if you can call eg the
Kidarites a country) are listed as Turkic here. agree with above comment that the
OTS article covers the non-OR scope of this article perfectly well. ...
