- Comment I am not so sure that this fails GNG, it could pass on the basis of the way he died. [1], [2], [3]. There are certainly sources that show more in-depth news there. Govvy ( talk) 15:03, 8 December 2021 (UTC)
- Keep on basis of sources found by Govvy, likely meets GNG. Giant Snowman 21:19, 8 December 2021 (UTC)
- Delete Fails WP:GNG and WP:NFOOTBALL. I couldn't find any significant coverage of him during his life meaning he fails GNG. Being allegedly murdered and having his corpse cut up and put in bags isn't a pass of WP:CRIME either. Dougal18 ( talk) 11:27, 12 December 2021 (UTC)

- Delete because despite coverage of his death, sources do not appear to meet WP:CRIME, which requires that a crime “victim …, had a large role within a well-documented historic event.” I’m not seeing that here. Further, I don’t think we should apply GNG over either the more specific guidelines that would apply to the two ways this person might be notable, namely football and his death.—- Chaser ( talk) 16:06, 28 December 2021 (UTC)
