Delete. Per nom. After a
WP:BEFORE search, I haven't found anything that seems to satisfy
WP:N.

Keep. This band is an important example of Dutch-language punk rock in the 80s. It is discussed on the Punk in the Netherlands page of Dutch wikipedia and has it's own band page on Dutch wikipedia that dates back 11 years. The present article is deeper and better cited than the Dutch page. Punk rock, particularly with non-English lyrics, is not a topic frequently discussed in newspapers or academic journals. Newspaper articles that may have been written about it (in the 80s, in the Netherlands) are no longer are accessible. This band is mentioned in long-running, widely distributed punk zines that are still accessible.

Delete - While I understand the thoughts of the above editor, the sad fact is that there is not enough sourcing, either currently, or through searches to show that they pass
WP:GNG.
