One is a routine annoucement of end of search and new boss, as its Sesame Street, its famous and it rubs off, the other is mentioned in passing. If she wasn't there, there would be no change to the article. Both of these reference are primary. There is no secondary sources on this BLP. Keep She meets the first notability point on
WP:ANYBIO: "The person has received a well-known and significant award or honor, or has been nominated for such an award several times." She has won and been nominated for multiple
Daytime Emmy Awards with
a recent win in 2020. As for the other sources, the Hollywood Reporter article is an "Exclusive" written by an author (not just a copy of a press release), and the Royal Gazette article is original and goes into some detail about her work too.
