Concerns about notability were original raised at WT:FOOTBALL and I am bringing this here for wider discussion. This article may look well-written/impressive/notable but on closer inspection the subject does not appear to meet any relevant notability guidelines, namely WP:GNG and WP:NFOOTBALL. It reads like a CV and I have doubts about the veracity of some of the claims, especially as the article creator seems to be trying to promote Mr. Ali on Wikipedia in defiance of our guidelines.
