Fails WP:GNG. James Jaxxa had three shows listed (one was in a coffee shop, one in a gallery, and one in an emerging artist space). In 2004 "Jaxxa was a member of the Young Collectors Council at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation Board of trustees" but the citation doesn't state that. This article has a history of COI edits.
