Keep Locus and Tor.com, the sources already present in the article, are both independent of the awards and RS for the genre of speculative fiction. Yep, the awards are pretty new, but as an ATD this article can be merged to
FIYAH Literary Magazine which, having itself won a Hugo is more definitively notable and clearly not itself too long. I further think that deleting an article on diversity-focused awards in SFF risks us appearing systemically biased against them.

Comment It is a brand-new award and non-notable. Considering the number of categories, even if it was established, it would probably be non-notable. The best that can be done is either Merge or redirect. — Preceding
