Delete per my original statement in proposed deletion that topic has not been subject to third party coverage – I found no such sources directly addressing the book and its value, nor widespread usage of this book as a standard reference.

WP:GNG. Comes under the category of advert masquaerading as an article (can't remember the code for the page that talks about that).
