Comment,
WP:NAUTHOR requires a person's work(s) to be "significant or well-known", with Deborah's Children winning an Analog (readers) Award, and The Carhart Shale placing third this part is probably met, but is multiple reviews for one work, Saturnalia, and one review for A Lion on Tharthee (
in Science Fiction Chronicle, listed here) enough to meet the 2nd part ie. "such work must have been the primary subject of an independent and notable work ... or reviews."?
