Keep Agree with Kober. Georgian cheese is quite diverse and a recognized part of the national cuisine; while the article clearly doesn't show that, it can with a bit of effort. And as @
Spinningspark: notes, there are even English sources available, and I actually own The Georgian Feast, so will try to add something in the next while.
