I am unable to find any sources verifying the information in this article. None of the reference provided mention him. Google search comes up with other people called Friedrich von Luxburg but nothing about him. If it's not a hoax, then I question the notability of this subject. ...

- Delete having inspected the alleged references in this article and waded through a few of the external links, I have concluded that the gentleman probably exists, but not in the form displayed in the article.
