AfD per discussion at Project Football relating to the enduring notability of a game which is just the highest scoring in a given series. If another game was to be higher scoring it would just replace this, functionally meaning its enduring notability is in question per WP:EVENT and WP:SPORTSEVENT.
Per the commentary: the actual result itself is in dispute due to poor quality sourcing at the time and since (which prompted recent attempt to move the page to 1-7). If we are unable to verify the result 100% then this is already on very shaky ground.
Coverage is routine and largely inconsequential in terms of discussing a high scoring game rather than in-depth coverage - usually in reference to the broader topic of the rivalry rather than on its own per WP:ROUTINE. At best the content may be worth merging with the main rivalry topic The Intercontinental Derby in some fashion.

- Delete. Not only does it fail WP:GNG, but we can't even verify the basic claim of notability in the article's title: the score. — C.Fred ( talk) 16:08, 14 April 2021 (UTC)
- Weak delete I can see GNG possibly met, we do have high scoring game articles, but between each clubs seasons articles and The Intercontinental Derby, that should be already three articles covering the game which should be enough in my opinion. Govvy ( talk) 16:09, 14 April 2021 (UTC)

- Delete as per discussion at WT:FOOTY and many previous AFDs, matches don't become notable enough just by having a lot of goals. Doesn't meet WP:GNG, especially as the scoreline of the match can't even be reliably and consistently sourced. Joseph 2302 ( talk) 19:03, 14 April 2021 (UTC)
- Delete per nom and discussion at FOOTY. As the highest scoring game in a series, it is potentially a moving target and that isn't a sound basis for inclusion here. - Delete - Even the score itself, the main point fo the article, is not verifiable. "Due to the absence of neutral third-party sources the line-ups and details of the match are disputed and not completely verifiable." Not to mention that this match is never remembered or talked about, unlike
Fenerbahçe 6–0 Galatasaray, which is still one of the most-talked about events in Turkey.

As such, my view is that this should be noted in higher level articles, eg 1910–11 Istanbul Football League, especially since this level of detail is not required.
