- Delete. Extremely niche, and it looks like not a single one of the programs mentioned are notable enough to have their own page. By WP:NOTDIRECTORY this appears to be "a resource for conducting business," and has many of the problems mentioned there, such as changing product prices and information that can't be maintained.
