Weak Keep - This story
[1] a PBS documentary
[2], Memphis art tv Documentary
[3] do a lot to establish notability, the claim to the international award meets
WP:ANYBIO. Though I have not been able verify the award through any other sources except that under the subject's control, and was unable to access the homepage
[4] of the award to confirm. This article is need a complete overhaul, but that is not a reason to delete. A Google searched bring up numerous hits on the subject including the points I offered above. -

I don't think the
first one helps much, as the
Memphis Flyer is a local "alternative" newspaper. Ditto with the "Memphis Art TV" piece. The PBS documentary may be a different matter. All I have been able to find so far is several versions of the same presentation on youtube, all uploaded by various accounts that clearly belong to Katrakis and which are all labeled as "PBS documentary". Can anyone furnish verification that this was, in fact, something that appeared in a syndicated PBS broadcast (and not just on a local Memphis PBS station)?

THIS ARTICLE may be overhauled, but that doesn't mean that it should be deleted. WIKIPEDIA desn't seem to undertand any more its prime importance as a source for information. CK is an important curator and recently curated the double show Ultra Violet and Igor Kalinauskas at RAR Gallery and Eichblatt Gallery in Berlin and made a film with the last interview of Ultra Violet. Everybody should let arrogance lie. Be objective... Dr. Gerhard Charles Rump — Preceding

Delete I am puzzled that this article does not mention that she is the founder of
International Academy of Arts, which would appear to be the most notable thing about her. Yet oddly, searching on the academy yields only the academy's own web site, and although that site claims that courses in many areas have been taught by a whole list of
famous names (all with links to their IMDB pages), and
special guest teachers (including Al Pacino!), the faculty and membership and other pages are still "under construction". I'm afraid that there is just something unbelievable here. I searched for her on Google and in the EBSCO arts databases and got nothing. Most of the information here is from her own web site or Facebook page, or from minor publications, none of which confer
notability.
