Battle of Hà Vy

Article is based solely on Vietnamese sources in Vietnamese which have frequently amounted to WP:Propaganda in relation to the Vietnam War. I am unable to find any English language sources that indicate that a battle of this name even took place, indicating this may be WP:HOAX. The claimed US casualty figures are clearly absurd. • Delete per WP:V as potentially unverifiable event. K.e.coffman ( talk) 07:50, 21 September 2016 (UTC) reply
  • Delete - so far as I can see there is nothing on this event in Tucker "Encyclopdedia of the Vietnam War", Carland's "Stemming the Tide: May 1965 to October 1966" (US Army official history), nor even in the PAVNs own official history "Victory in Vietnam" by the Military History Institute of Vietnam. Possibility of hoax aside (which seems quite possible), there is no coverage in WP:RS so its probably not notable per WP:GNG at anyrate. Anotherclown ( talk) 07:23, 22 September 2016 (UTC) reply
  • Delete I cannot find a mention of the village itself, and all of the sources are either not available or else propaganda, coupled with the mentioned obscene casualties, id call it a hoax page. Iazyges Consermonor Opus meum 02:50, 23 September 2016 (UTC) reply

  • Delete per WP:HOAX. Only 32 American servicemen were killed that day. Hawkeye7 ( talk) 21:51, 26 September 2016 (UTC) reply
