Non notable musician failing WP:GNG and WP:NMUSIC. A BEFORE search doesn’t provide anything. Xclusivzik ( talk) 19:26, 18 July 2021 (UTC) reply

  • Delete. I should note that the creator removed the AFD template from the article, with the result that I accidentally initiated a second AFD on this article for the same reasons before somebody tipped me off that this discussion was still open. (I've withdrawn and closed that.) At any rate, musicians are not automatically entitled to have Wikipedia articles just because their own music metaverifies its own existence on a streaming platform -- the notability test requires certain specific quantifiable achievements, independently verified by a certain specific calibre of reliable source coverage in real media. But this is referenced entirely to primary sources that are not support for notability at all (Spotify streams, IMDb, the self-published websites of people or organizations that he's been directly affiliated with, the subject's own social media feed), and claims nothing about him that would be "inherently" notable enough under WP:NMUSIC to exempt the referencing from having to be much, much better than this. • Delete - not only are there no valid sources present in the article, there is nothing found in searches either. Fails WP:MUSICBIO and WP:GNG. Spiderone (Talk to Spider) 13:02, 23 July 2021 (UTC) reply
